Use authorized adult portraits and create fictional stories responsibly.

Authorized adult portraits
Upload one clear portrait of each adult. You must have permission to upload and transform each identifiable person's image. Do not upload photos of minors or use someone else's identity without permission. Your confirmation in the form is not a substitute for that permission.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not submit unlawful content, sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors, explicit sexual imagery, non-consensual intimate content, or content intended to threaten, harass or impersonate a person. Do not use the service to encourage real-world violence or create deceptive evidence of real events.
Do not bypass screening, access another person's orders, share account credentials to evade restrictions, or abuse payment, refund or credit systems. The zombie theme is fictional; it does not permit otherwise prohibited content.
Screening and rejected uploads
Uploads are checked for file validity and screened before generation. The video provider also applies its own safeguards. Generated files undergo technical delivery checks. These checks do not guarantee that every frame is appropriate for every audience; review the full video before sharing.
If your photo is rejected, follow the photo guidance or contact support. A generation credit is used only after both photos are approved and generation is queued. If the account balance appears incorrect, contact us with the order number.
Reporting a problem
Contact contact@zombiegenerator.com to report unauthorized use of an image, harmful content or an incorrect restriction. Include enough information to identify the issue without sending passwords or access tokens. We reply within 2 business days. We may pause or restrict affected orders while investigating.
