Use one clear, authorized portrait of each adult. Visible faces, normal lighting and room around the head and shoulders help with a two-person story, but do not guarantee consistent likeness in generated video.
Favor clarity over style
Choose images with visible faces, natural proportions and enough resolution to crop. Strong filters, sunglasses and heavy shadows can hide the identity cues you want to keep.
Check the crop
A vertical video needs room above and below the face. Avoid a portrait cut exactly at the chin or forehead if you want a moving close-up.
Confirm consent and role order
Use photos you are allowed to upload and transform, with one adult in each slot. Put the survivor first and the person who starts as a zombie second. Inspect both local previews before continuing; replacing a photo keeps its slot's role.
